Pretty sure smoothies should be given their own food group - it's only fair, RIGHT?!
Not a day goes by that I don't blend up a slice of smoothie heaven. For those that have been filling my DMs asking for smoothie recipes, keep reading.
You asked for it, I give it to you!
Here are 4 smoothie recipes that my body is loving RN.

Minty Green Smoothie
1 ¼ cup almond milk (or water)
1 avocado – peeled and pitted
1 handful of spinach
1 frozen banana
1 heaping tablespoon of honey
¼ teaspoon spirulina powder
¼ - ½ teaspoon of peppermint extract (not oil)

Hunger Control Smoothie
1 banana
½ avocado
1 cup of spinach (or chard)
1-2 tablespoon of coconut oil
¼ cup coconut milk
1 cup water or coconut water
1 teaspoon true cinnamon
*whole 30 approved
Vegan Protein Detox Smoothie
½ cup of unsweetened almond or hemp milk
½ cup filtered water
½ medium thin-skinned lemon with rind
1 tablespoon raw almond butter1 tablespoon raw pumpkin seeds (soaked)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon shelled hemp seeds
2 raw walnuts (soaked)
2 raw Brazil nuts (soaked)
¼ medium avocado - peeled and pitted
½ cup frozen blueberries
½ cup frozen cranberries

Kale And Apple Green Detox Smoothie
2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
¾ cup ice
1 ½ cups kale (chopped)
1 stalk celery (chopped)
½ red or green apple (cored and chopped)
1 tablespoon flax seed
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
*your body approved
Chelsea’s Go To Smoothie
1 cup frozen organic blueberries
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 cup of water
1 small handful of spinach
1 scoop of protein (the protein powder I use is link HERE)
1 scoop of vital proteins collagen (my favorite linked HERE)
4 ice cubes *because 5 ice cubes will totally ruin the whole thing ;)
++ ice cubes
