That’s the East Coast calling MY NAME. You guyssssss, I’m MOVING TO BOSTON (and then to Florida … stick with me, I’ll explain it all.)
OK fam let’s jump right into this life update, shall we?
If I said to Robby that I wanted to stay in LA for the next eleven years then he would have fully supported that and we would have found a way to make it work but to the core of my soul I am so ready to make this leap. Lord am I ready. After 2+ years of long distance I cannot wait to shove my suitcase to the back of the closet and be able to have breakfast with that handsome soon to be husband of mine. Long distance relationships are hardly a slice of cake so knowing that the miles between us are coming to an end makes my eyes well up with happy tears. I couldn’t imagine taking the next steps in our relationship and not being a physical part of each other’s new day to day. I’m so dang excited to soak in all of life's moments with Robby without having a return flight on the horizon.
I’ll eventually write about my LA chapter and the emotional rollercoaster of packing up my life on the West Coast but, today is not that day. I want today to be about announcing something that I am crazy excited for. I also want you to know that I am thrilled to have you go through this transition with me. To be honest, the move has already come with an overwhelming amount of ALL the feels so, it’s comforting knowing that I have you all in my corner.
On the logistical side of things here is where we are at....I will be on a one-way flight to Boston come the end of May where we will be for the remainder of the baseball season. Once the season comes to an end, we will pack up and head back to the place that raised us: South Florida. Basically, there’s our plan in a nut shell.
ALL BOSTON SUGGESTIONS / RECOMMENDATIONS ARE WELCOMED. I need insight into … everything: hair salons, photographers, best sushi restaurant, where to NOT eat Mexican, fitness studios, coffee shops, activities, etc. etc. etc.
